Hunter Biden has been asked to appear in court to answer questions regarding his supposed laptop by the Arkansas judge presiding over the custody dispute between Hunter Biden, President Biden’s son, and past stripper Lunden Roberts.
According to The Washington Free Beacon, Holly Meyer, the Circuit Court Judge issued the ruling this week in the couple’s daughter’s custody dispute.
Meyer informed the lawyers for both parties, “I expect both of your clients to be present at every single hearing that I hold. I will no longer permit us to excuse clients from any of these hearings because it interferes with the litigation’s progress, which is taking far too long to resolve basic issues,” the judge said.
The order, according to the story, was given by Meyer after Hunter Biden’s lawyer was unable to confirm if the laptop that has been the subject of ongoing controversy throughout the Biden administration actually belonged to his client.
Since Hunter Biden has never admitted that the laptop is actually his, Hunter Biden’s attorney attempted to prevent an expert witness from testifying about financial information discovered on the device.
“Let’s get that out of the way now,” Meyer remarked. “Is this or not your client’s laptop?”
Hunter Biden has “never admitted that that’s his laptop,” according to his lawyer, who also asserted that it is “not my client’s laptop as far as I am aware of.”
Roberts provided evidence of her daughter’s paternity through a court-mandated paternity test. The present legal dispute began when the president’s troublesome son requested a reduction in his monthly child support payments in court last year.
Democrats try to portray President Biden as a “devout Catholic,” but he has declined to recognize the youngster as a part of the family. Hunter Biden is apparently attempting to keep the child from being allowed to use the family surname, and Biden has allegedly refused to give the child Secret Service safeguards. The young child was also reportedly left out of the Christmas stockings that were shown by the Biden White House.
