One of the rumored plans is that Biden will nominate Harris for the Supreme Court if a seat opens up on that body. Another plan in the works is to simply force her to resign and replace her with someone else. People in the White House, Congress and the media are going over the confirmation process that was used in the House and Senate when Gerald Ford appointed Nelson Rockefeller.
