It is said that the White House top staff held wellness talks for staff members who might be having a hard time with Israel’s defensive actions against the terrorist group Hamas.
Eight sources told Politico that the talks, which were called “listening sessions,” were serious “discussions” about the war and how it affected White House staff.
Jake Sullivan, who is the national security director, held a virtual meeting with his team to check on their health. Politico said that the meeting of about 100 staffers was a review of the Biden administration’s stance on the war, but they also said that “not every person agrees with it and each individual has their very own strong, personal feelings pertaining to fighting.”
Politico talked to a government source who said the wellness talks were mostly about a “culture of fear” as well as a culture of support that works against it.
Aides who were Muslim, Arab, Palestinian, and Jewish were split up in some talks. “Our team—many of whom had previously served in the region or have relatives or coworkers there—wanted them to know that these are some tough times for everyone and that it’s important to check on each other,” a White House official informed the news source.
A source told Politico that Chief of Staff Jeff Zients also held a call with President Biden’s cabinet members “to make sure they continue to reach out to their fellow Jewish, Muslim, Arab American, and Palestinian staff as well.”
A lot of Democrats are upset with how President Joe Biden supports Israel, which is why these talks are happening. Josh Paul, who was in charge of the Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, quit last week because of the disagreement.
Reports say that the Departments of State and Defense are taking steps to stop the dissent. Antony Blinken, Secretary of State, wrote to his staff this past week about the strife and met with Arab, Muslim, and Jewish workers. Officials from the DOD told Politico that they helped workers who are “struggling with the conflict” with their mental health.

Biden is to old to be president of the USA. He does not know what to do about Israel so he is on the fence and he is playing both sides by giving money to Iran (for what reason I do not know) who are supplying weapons to Hamas to destroy Israel. This is a big problem and for this reason Biden needs to step down. He is not able to lead or make the right decisions.

If there is no peace in Israel then there will not be peace in America. The Hamas and other terrorists will take over Israel and the middle east. Right now Israel is keeping the peace and needs to be supported and protected from terrorists groups in the middle east.
Today, weeks after the Oct. 7 event, the Hamas is still sending rockets into Israel. If the IDF does not remove Hamas, the Oct. 7 event will be repeated again.
