Twitter is Openly Biased on Sex Offenders

This tweet from Peter Sweden, an investigative journalist who “despises Nazis and Communists”, raises some pretty important questions about the social media giant’s blatant bias against conservatives.

Before you fact-check what’s in here, we’ve saved you the trouble. Alabama Senate Candidate Roy Moore has been de-verified by Twitter, while suspected sex offenders Kevin Spacey and Harvey Weinstein have remained untouched by the platform.

This should go without saying, but we’ll say it anyway: this post is not meant to defend Moore or suggest that his accusers are being less than truthful. While further investigation certainly seems necessary, it’s clear that Twitter is treating allegations against a conservative figure and the multitude of progressive figures differently, despite all of them being accused of engaging in similarly disgusting behavior.

We also took the liberty to check on Minnesota Senator Al Franken’s profile following the disclosure of blatant proof that he sexually assaulted a woman while she slept. It appears his account hasn’t been touched either.

It really doesn’t get much more obvious than this.

Your move, Twitter.
