If you’re a white liberal who thinks that taking a knee to show your solidarity with the mobs that are burning down American cities right now, this meme is for you!
And since liberals can’t meme, perhaps we should spell this out for you.
This meme is a metaphor. The cute, cuddly adorable little mouse who looks like he wants to pat the froggy on the head is the white liberal. The mouse believes Soros-funded propaganda that the frog has been oppressed, while the little mouse has had an unfair shake at life because of “mouse privilege.”
The little mouse is, in effect, taking a knee to show that he’s on the same side as the froggy. But the froggy – just like the mobs in the real world – does not care.
The froggy does not see the little mouse as an ally.
The kindness from the mouse is not viewed as any sort of reciprocal relationship. The frog does not respect the mouse. The frog does not want to be friends with the mouse. The frog does what the frog wants.
