There is No ‘White Privilege’ — Only Democrat Privilege

For modern intersectional feminists and similar thinkers, “white privilege” is the end-all-be-all explanation for every instance where a white person is treated differently than someone of another ethnicity.

Could there possibly be another explanation for why people like former President Bill Clinton tend to get away with things others are punished for? We think there is, and so does YouTube commentator Stefan Molyneux.

Consider the case of Bill Cosby and Bill Clinton, as is referenced in the original post Molyneux is shown here responding to. Both men have been credibly accused of sexual misconduct. One has been demoted from one of America’s most cherished talents to one of the most hated people in the world. The other is still venerated as some sort of political hero.

Is it really Clinton’s whiteness that helps him evade being labelled a rapist? Or, could it possibly be the former president’s political connections, as well as his status as an icon from the left?

Consider what Bill Cosby represented — a black man with allegedly “white” mannerisms, depicted on television for years as a caring and committed father and husband. The modern left can’t stand this depiction, and will likely say it was “racist” that Cosby seemed to communicate the idea that one had to become “white” in order to be successful.

To be clear, this isn’t an excuse for Cosby’s behavior — which is reprehensible in the strongest terms. But, there is a clear difference in how he’s been treated after being accused of precisely the same things Bill Clinton has.
