There Are Two Types of Men in Texas, Apparently

We know what you’re thinking, because we thought the same exact thing when we came upon this image: “what are you talking about? There is only one man in this picture.”

We’ll be here all week.

For those of you who sat out the news cycle over the holiday break, we’ll fill you in. There was another mass shooting at a church in a town called White Settlement in Texas. Fortunately, this didn’t end the same way as many other shootings that target places where people are mostly disarmed — because these people were armed.

You see, this church had an armed security team, and they performed their duty admirably. Regretfully, two were shot before they were able to return fire. But, as soon as they did, they shooting was over. This tragic event ended in six seconds when Jack Wilson, the man pictured on the right (the only man in the picture) shot the offender in the head.

Let’s contrast that with the man on the left — former Texas congressman and failed presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke. Unlike Wilson, Beto has most likely never been in any altercation in his life. He also wants to ban firearms wholesale. Beto’s infamous “hell yes, we’re going to take your AR-15” essentially ended his White House bid, and for good reason.

The lesson here is to be like the man on the right, and avoid people like Beto like the plague.
