That Time When CNN’s Racism Was Showing…

This image is a perfect example of what the internet would now call “old but gold…”

Back in 2016, lots of things were happening for the Republican Party. For one, it was just about to nominate a business mogul with absolutely no government speaker at all for the highest office in the land. Furthermore, Republicans were finally reaching out to voters that haven’t casted a ballot in their favor since the 1980s.

Naturally, the old guard was freaking out. Suddenly, blue collar workers were wearing MAGA hats, and were keenly aware of how the Democratic Party had long abandoned them in favor of their new obsession with intersectionality and race politics.

This is when CNN leapt to the rescue — or at least tried to. Headlines like this give us almost too honest insight into how the left-wing elite truly view the people they claim to represent. If you read this headline carefully, it appears as though Trump is somehow being hypocritical by wanting Republicans to reach out to black Americans, and calling for a crack down on felons at the same time.

What are you trying to say here, CNN? Is there some sort of connection between these two things for some reason?
