Senate Democrats Poll Supporters…FAIL Terribly

At some point, Democrats really need to learn how the internet works…

As you can see, the official Twitter account for the Senate Democrats posted a poll on the platform asking followers to pick between two sitting Supreme Court justices, asking if followers would prefer the next SCOTUS pick to be more like Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who has been sitting on the bench since the Emancipation Proclamation, or Brett Kavanaugh, who now sits despite a truly historic smear campaign from progressives.

It seems like a timely question — the next presidential election will determine who gets to pick the next justice, and the Senate is the body that confirms that pick. Seeing as this is the Twitter account for the Senate Democrats, they could comfortably predict the Notorious RBG to pull ahead, right?

Wrong — the internet is dark and full of terrors.

There is little doubt as to what actually happened here — its foolish to believe that the liberals on Twitter suddenly had a change of heart about Kavanaugh. When you post a poll like this, the trolls are going to swoop in. Surely the party that pretends to be hip and with the times should understand that at least…
