What happens when the endlessly meme-able Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) clashes with the unstoppable, and soon to be reelected in a landslide, President Donald J. Trump? Hilarious memes like this one, of course.
The Trump administration is updating food stamp rules to reflect the booming American economy that now can’t find enough workers to fill available job slots. The most recent rule change would require single adults between 18 and 50 to either be working or looking for work, in order to qualify for food stamps.
Of course, the drama queen communist bartender who somehow got elected to Congress had to spout off and lie about Trump’s new rule. Ocasio-Cortez proclaimed that her family “would have starved” if the rule had been in place years ago – and now many more families will starve. That heartless Trump!
Obviously, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez grew up in one of the wealthiest zip codes in New York, where food stamps are not really a thing. But don’t facts get in the way of your little narrative, “AOC.”
