This screen grab from state funeral honoring the late former President George HW Bush is full of head-scratchers.
The headline by DC Tribune, where this image was used as a run-of-the-mill hit piece on President Donald Trump, suggests that the president shrugged off the funeral and just took a nap in front of everyone. But, as the small edits show, former President Barack Obama doesn’t exactly look wide awake either.
In fact, almost everyone in the picture looks like they have their eyes closed, because that’s what happens when you selectively edit things. In reality, there’s no reason to believe that Trump or Obama dozed off at any point during the service. But, because Obama represents an age of diversity and feelings and Trump is basically Hitler, liberals have to publish things like this.
