New Low: Republicans Mocked While They Rescue Survivors

After several Republican lawmakers became the victims of a tragic train crash en route to a retreat, liberal content creators across the social media sphere reacted exactly we’ve sadly come to expect them to.

News of the crash was celebrated in some circles, with some users on Twitter and other platforms voicing dismay over the fact that none of the lawmakers became a casualty.

While this was going on, many of these representatives and senators put their schedules on hold to personally respond to the incident. One lawmaker apparently made use of his own Army field surgeon training to provide first aid. It was a remarkable display of Americans doing what Americans do best — helping one another through a time of peril.

Normally, one would expect the typical jokes to be placed on hold while developments on the situation surfaced. Apparently, that’s too much to expect from the modern left in today’s toxic political climate.
