For all intents and purposes, we’ve probably reached herd immunity in the US for coronavirus right now. One-third of Americans have already had the coronavirus and another third are vaccinated. You’d think we would all be celebrating the fact that we’re over the hump, but blue states are not playing it like that.
Tucker Carlson coined a great phrase for how blue states are treating poor people this week: Medical Jim Crow. New York, Washington and other liberal havens are now starting active segregation up again, directed at people who have chosen not to take the vaccine.
Want to go to a concert or an NBA game in New York. Tickets will cost you $1,000 if you haven’t got your COVID jab, or just a few bucks if you’ve had the shot. The Seattle Mariners are going to charge unvaccinated people $750 to sit in the stands, while vaccinated folks can pay just $10.
It’s astonishing that liberals think that this is going to fly with the courts. But then again, we’re dealing with people who believe that their own vaccine won’t work unless everyone else in the world gets the vaccine, too.
