It goes without saying that President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump are in our thoughts and prayers and that we wish them both a full, speedy recovery. Although it seems we’re already too late — Trump is already out of the hospital and back to work.
As this meme notes, Trump will be immune to the Chinese virus, and he won’t have to wear a mask any longer. That will definitely trigger the media, but this story gets even better the more you think about it.
If the media continues to pretend that the virus is the most dangerous thing in the history of mankind, Trump will come across like a bulletproof ‘80s action hero when he’s cleared to start campaigning again. And if the media instead decides to contemptuously sniff and claim that the ‘rona was never that dangerous to begin with, then the hoax is over, and people will stop being afraid.
That’s pretty much a win-win for Trump right before the election, no matter how the media tries to fake the people out. Meanwhile, we hope that the president gets two scoops of ice cream for dessert with every meal. He’s earned it!
