After nearly 50 separate state-level election challenges were rejected by lower courts, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton suddenly walked into the Supreme Court this week and dropped a nuclear bomb on Joe Biden’s fraudulent results. Texas is suing because of unconstitutional changes to election laws in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin.
To every Trump voter’s surprise and delight, the Supreme Court immediately put the case on the docket and gave the defendant states two days to respond to the suit. Since Monday, 18 more states have filed briefs in support of the Texas case – which should be enough to convince the court that a huge swath of America lacks confidence in the 2020 election.
Three cheers for Texas and Attorney General Ken Paxton! Stay tuned, because this could get really wild if the Supreme Court kicks the election back down to Congress to decide the next president — which would be via state legislators.
