If you’re a parent, you understand that letting an infant wander around without any boundaries whatsoever isn’t the brightest idea. But, if we’re going to take AOC’s assessment of the border to its logical conclusion, it turns out that you’re actually acting exactly like Hitler.

Of course, play pens for babies aren’t exactly the same thing as detention facilities being used to house illegal immigrants right now. After all, those migrants are free to leave and return to where they came from whenever they want to. If they choose to stay, however, they do get fed and a place to put their heads down at the end of the day. That’s actually not too different from a play pen, now that we think about it…
Concentration camps are a bit different. Like everything else mentioned, they feature fences. Except the people being stored there are slowly exterminated, given few if any rations to survive, and allow absolutely no one to leave.
