It’s been kind of shocking to watch the historical ignorance of the Black Lives Matter revolutionaries for the past month. These people are incredibly dangerous because they literally don’t seem to know anything. They see something built long ago and figure it must be a symbol of racism and therefore it must be wrecked.
In the UK, for example, BLM has been trying to destroy a statue of a guy named Lord Baden-Powell. Who’s that? Oh, just a British white guy who saved hundreds of black families in South Africa from genocide during the Second Boer War (and later founded the international Scouts organization). No biggie.
In Boston, they want to tear down a statue of some other white guy named Abraham Lincoln. What did he ever do for black lives?!
Meanwhile, this meme highlights the BLM desecration of the monument to the 54th Massachusetts Regiment. And… the second picture in the meme shows what the soldiers in the 54th Massachusetts Regiment looked like.
It’s like the song says, “Don’t know much about history…” Despite their colossal ignorance, Black Lives Matter is now emerging as the most powerful political force in America. Which should worry us all, because BLM is not interested in “voting” or participating in the democratic process to change things.
