Can we get an “Amen!” for the sentiment in this meme, please? Part of the reason why the “establishment” abhors memes so much is because they alert the public to what’s really going on in the world. At least in America.
If you go to almost any other country on the planet, “conspiracy theories” are perfectly normal and no one thinks it’s odd that the general public distrusts the “news.” It’s only here in America that conspiracy theories were given a bad connotation by the CIA back in the 1950s and ‘60s.
The scales really started to fall from everyone’s eyes when Barack Obama was in office. When Edward Snowden leaked the NSA documents in 2013, most of us thought, “Wait a minute – I thought Alex Jones was kidding about that stuff!”
Nowadays when the mainstream media tells us something, the only way to figure out what’s really going on is to turn the information upside-down and hold it up to a mirror. The truth is usually the exact opposite of what the “news” tells us.
Perfect example: Joe Biden is the “President Elect,” even though the Electoral College hasn’t certified a single vote at the time of this writing.
