Norm McDonald was a legend among younger conservative generations who used to watch him as the anchor of “Weekend Update” on Saturday Night Live. This was back in the 1990s, before comedy became woke and suddenly sucked. When is the last time you saw a comedian who would fearlessly rip a Democrat president to shreds, without a care in the world? That was Norm.
When Bill Clinton was in the White House, McDonald literally called Hillary Clinton the “First B*tch” one time. And he just grinned through the whole bit. He used to drive his liberal bosses nuts. One of the producers finally fired him from SNL because McDonald wouldn’t stop cracking jokes about OJ Simpson.
When he appeared as a guest on ABC’s “The View” in 2000, he wouldn’t stop talking about how “Bill Clinton murdered a guy.” The liberal hags on The View were aghast, because liberal media figures adored Bill Clinton and didn’t want to hear anything about Vince Foster. But McDonald just wouldn’t shut up about it.
