Wanting to Keep Your Own Money Doesn’t Make You Greedy

Here, we see the pinnacle of left-wing hypocrisy…

After Republicans in the Senate passed their version of the tax reform bill, Democrats in Congress and seemingly everywhere else reverted back to their favorite talking point: that their political opponents seek only to make the rich richer and the poor poorer.

By allowing the middle class to keep more of their own money, Democrats are fuming over the fact that they might have less money to fund their own pet projects.

It’s simply greedy, they say, to allow the wealthiest Americans to continue living their lifestyle without paying their fair share in taxes.

Let’s not kid ourselves — there’s not a whole lot to unpack here, intellectually. A moral tax system (if one was to exist) doesn’t punish those who have more than others by blatantly stealing from them.

This, more than anything else, is greed in the highest form.
