That Time When Joe Biden Grabbed a Biker’s Wife on the Campaign Trail

It’s no surprise to most people that Joe Biden is in a really terrible decline these days. His cognitive function is probably far lower than any of us could guess. His handlers wouldn’t even let him deliver a speech over the weekend at the 9/11 memorial ceremonies because of the crazy stuff that comes out of his mouth.

Biden dodders around most of the time, but there are still two things that cause him to spring into action: Ice cream and children under 12. If he sees one of those, he just can’t keep his hands to himself.

This meme features a younger Biden from way back in the long-ago times of 2020, when strangers’ wives could still attract his attention as well. While the meme is a perfect illustration of how Biden views Afghan refugees and Americans trapped in Afghanistan, the picture used to make the meme is worth a thousand words as well.

Just look at the biker’s eyes as Joe starts sniffing his wife. He really wants to do something awful to the back of Joe’s neck with a salad fork, but understands that the Secret Service will probably kill him if he does.
