An illegal immigrant who had previously been released by a sanctuary county and was a participant in former President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program has been given a life sentence for the murder of three Americans.
After being proven guilty of killing Josh Hampton, 23, and Steven Marler, 38, as well as a woman who was allegedly an accomplice, Luis Perez, a 27-year-old DACA illegal immigrant from Mexico, received five consecutive life sentences this month.
Perez received DACA protections in 2012 and 2014, which permitted him to remain in the country despite being an illegal immigrant, as the media reported at the time.
Perez was detained and accused of domestic violence in Middlesex County, New Jersey, around the end of 2017. Perez was released back into the community despite the fact that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) had requested custody of him.
Then, in Nov. 2018, Perez returned to the house where he had previously lived and shot Marler and Hampton killing both of them. Police said that the woman Hampton had been dating, Sabrina Starr, 21, was behind the wheel of a getaway vehicle.
Days later, Perez murdered Starr by shooting her.
Angel Mother Deborah Elkins, The mother of Josh Hampton spoke out in support of Senator Ted Budd’s (R-NC) “Justice for Victims of Sanctuary Cities Act” in October 2019. The proposed legislation would grant Angel Families the private right to bring legal lawsuits against sanctuary jurisdictions seeking compensatory damages.
According to an exclusive Breitbart News article last year, Angel Parents met with House Republicans and begged them to support the bill in a future GOP-controlled Congress. Republicans have not yet introduced the legislation in the House or Senate, despite Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) having since been chosen as speaker.
What else we can expect from ignorant savages from our south, and around the world at this point. We (the brain-dead Democrats who are trying to destroy our country by importing the scum of the earth deserve nothing better than being hoisted on their own petard, rectally.
The only thing that will ensure this legistlation moves forwards and protects real genuine lawful American citizens from illegal murdering thugs is simply Media Exposure – that means Newspapers, TV and Radio ALL DEMANDING this genuine legal protection ! Do I trust McCarthy to “honour” his word ? :):):) Now I KNOW you’re joking !
