After authorities concluded that a body discovered in an alleyway was the result of a homicide, a Mexican illegal immigrant who has been deported from the United States several times was taken into custody on murder charges in Ohio.
The 46-year-old Fermin Garcia-Gutierrez faces charges of aggravated murder, using a firearm while inebriated, possessing narcotics, carrying a hidden weapon, and impeding government business.
Police in Hamilton, Texas, detained Garcia-Gutierrez last month for unrelated charges, although they suspect he committed the murder two days prior to his detention.
“It happened that we happened to run across him and have a conversation with him,” Hamilton Police Chief Craig Bucheit stated. “We were unaware that he was the murderer.”
Garcia-Gutierrez has been the target of a detainer request filed by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), which aims to deport him before he has a chance to be freed.
During a news conference last week, Sheriff Richard K. Jones emphasized the threat that Garcia-Gutierrez and other illegal aliens represent to Americans.
The Butler County Sheriff’s Office released a statement saying, “Garcia-Gutierrez has been deported from the country seven times, and he has been inside our jail 11 times using seven different identities and three different dates of birth.” This exemplifies exactly what the sheriff has been saying the entire time. Our nation is in peril from illegal immigrants.
Since President Joe Biden entered office, Jones claimed that his county has seen around 1,000 illegal aliens charged with state and municipal crimes.
Throughout the years, Jones has shared eight distinct mugshots of Garcia-Gutierrez.
The sheriff carried posters with the words “Border Crisis” next to images of Biden, Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas, and President Andrés Manuel López Obrador of Mexico.
He also displayed a poster-sized picture of an event that happened at the southern border of the United States last month, when over a hundred illegal aliens stormed the border and attacked Texas National Guard members after bursting through fencing and razor wire.
It’s past time we started dealing with illegals like the criminals they are – with lead and razor wire.

These passive immigration laws are BS! There are ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS who have been deported several times, only to return and commit crime after crime. My idea of passive immigration laws would be capital punishment for any illegal who has been previously deported. The Democratic Party has given this country to anyone with more than 2 toes and a finger (although these requirements can be changed). The worthless White House administration doesn’t give a rats backside about the actual (legal) citizens of the country, they’re too busy giving our tax money to those who shouldn’t be here!

I have to say that I think the whole Joe Biden is a nice forgetful elderly man is a bunch of malarkey when it comes to him not being prosecuted for all the classified documents he stole and had them distributed at multiple locations. Unlike Trump Biden had no legal right to even have the documents being a Senator and Vice President. The rules are clear on this and Joe knows that but took the documents anyway. The reason I say this is because how can the man be capable to run for reelection for POTUS, but he’s not able to stand trial and explain himself for the classified documents he Stole? I would really like Mr.Hur to explain that to the American people..
Biden doesn’t care one bit about this country or we who legally belong here, no matter who or what we are. And he’s proven time and again that he doesn’t care about the U.S. or what happens to it.
