Have you heard the news? It was a really big moment last week. So big, in fact, that the Democrat Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) actually produced a graph and tweeted it to the whole world: Joe Biden’s policies have recently reduced the price of gas by 2 cents per gallon! Woohoo! The Biden economy is just going swimmingly, isn’t it?
The online mockery of that 2-cent price drop – which probably had nothing to do with any of Biden’s policies – has been brutal ever since. This meme is just the tip of the mockery iceberg.
It kind of makes you wonder if any of the sociopaths who live and work in the federal government ever talk to or listen to any of their constituents out in the rest of America. We don’t know what gas prices are like in your area, but they’ve shot up $1.80 a gallon near us, since the day America’s real president left office back on January 20th.
The rest of America has seen gas prices go up by more than $1 a gallon, on average. So… don’t spend that whole 2-cent price drop in one place, okay? Let’s go, Brandon!
Like others, I am under-awed by the insignificant and probably temporary dip in gas prices seen in a few places. But I am thrilled to have Biden* able to celebrate something. Unfortunately, it is going to take a lot more somethings to elevate his approval rating. I wonder what someone was thinking when they shoved Biden* and Harris* down our throats? I know they wanted someone who could be manipulated but isn’t there a factor of regaining the confidence of the electorate? Oh, so soon I forget….the electorate no longer matters. Any bozo can do the job “they” want done. All we can do is wait, watch and fear.
