There are very few fake Republicans in Congress who are more hated by Trump supporters and the New Right than Congressman Dan Crenshaw of Texas. The eyepatch-wearing former Navy SEAL has enraged his own base so badly that he’s been dubbed “The Gay Pirate” in some corners of the internet.
Crenshaw’s two worst offenses thus far have been being an unabashed Never Trumper who always puts America last, and his bizarre fetish for taking firearms away from law-abiding Americans who have committed no crimes. That’s no exaggeration on the guns. Look up his record on “red flag” laws.
While it’s kind of mean to pick on someone for a disability, this eyepatch meme still got a chuckle out of us. The idea that Crenshaw can only focus on war funding for Ukraine, while not even seeing the fact that moms can’t find baby formula on store shelves, is a great analogy for most of Congress right now.
Only a handful of Republicans in the House voted against the latest $40 billion aid package for Ukraine, because they realize we’ve got problems here at home. Dan Crenshaw voted for the war funding. As expected.
Sorry I think this guy was handicapped BEFORE he lost an eye. If voters would STOP casting their votes because of pertty looks , PITY, SAD SOB STORIES and vote on the candidates ACTUAL merit , America would not be a disaster now.
