Extremist Anti-Whites Takeover The IRS

The Internal Revenue Service required criminal investigators to complete diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI) training, which included material from a transgender professor who advocated for the “death of whiteness” in a scholarly journal article.

Judicial Watch was able to secure the DEI training, which was a required component of the IRS’s continuing education program. Dafina Lazarus Stewart’s portion, “Cultural Inclusion Is About Justice,” opened the session. The transgender-identifying Stewart, a department chair at the University of Denver, has devoted a significant portion of her scholarly career to the study of “whiteness,” even going so far as to urge fellow academics to “commit to the death of whiteness.”

Stewart is the author of the scholarly paper “‘Dead Honky’—Against’ the Technologies of (White) Violence,” which focuses on “institutional restructuring toward attaining fairness and justice.” The paper urges scholars to employ the “verbal effigy of “dead honky” and urges Critical Race Theorists to “commit to the death of whiteness,” even going so far as to claim that “whiteness is essentially a form of violence.”

The DEI training coincides with the Biden administration’s use of the federal bureaucracy to advance radical gender ideology and Critical Race Theory throughout federal agencies through a series of executive orders.

Stewart’s training section poses queries like, “Whose culture in the room is under continual threat?” as well as “whose cultural safety is being sacrificed to allow the subordinate culture to be degraded by the dominant culture?”

From what I’ve read of Stewart’s writing, the solutions probably have to do with the perils of “whiteness.” Stewart claims in “Dead Honky” that while “whiteness seems to be innocent,” it actually “creates horror and violence.”

In the journal paper, Stewart claims that “critical whiteness studies (CWS) in the field of higher education fails to account for… technologies of violence that characterize whites and which whiteness utilizes.” According to my theory, “white violence technologies are enactments of three things: (1) malevolent white dread; (2) rhetorical white innocence mobilized via white transmission and disdain; and (3) pacifying white submission.”

The paper appeared in the International Journal of Qualitative Studies in Education, a publication that also included a piece by another professor advocating for Critical Race Theorists to “do the task of disrupting, destroying, and abolishing whiteness.” The magazine includes essays on “gender identity, heterosexism, and homophobia,” in addition to “problems of racism (including Whiteness, White Racism, and White Supremacy), capitalism, and its class structure.”

“Whiteness as an ideology… extends beyond race/racism to form and replicate other interlocking repressive structures,” according to Stewart in a different piece, undermining the academic achievements of trans students in the United States.

Chief Diversity Officer Carrie Holland is in charge of the IRS’s Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. Although Holland’s pay in this position is not yet known to the public, Valerie Gunter, her predecessor, pushed the DEI agenda by earning $200,000 annually—more than double the median household income.

In a 2021 interview, Gunter reaffirmed that her primary responsibilities at the IRS for all DEI concerns, including DEI trainings, were “ensuring training” on diversity, equality, and inclusion.

The goal of our [diversity and inclusion] education program, according to Gunter, is to help managers recognize how DEI “concepts appear in real-world working situations.” The program raises awareness about equity, diversity, and inclusion and focuses on preventing unconscious bias and developing cultural competency.

One example of the most recent efforts to advance the DEI agenda across the federal government is the training programs for IRS officials.

Prior to this, The Daily Wire disclosed that the National Security Association (NSA) produced a 34-page DEI dictionary that defined concepts such as “queer theory,” “white fragility,” “settler colonialism,” and “transmisogyny,” endorsing the principles of Critical Race Theory and gender ideology.

The Daily Wire recently reported that the Biden administration will spend almost $1 million of taxpayer money to make biology classes more “inclusive” of transgender students by refuting the notion that there are only two genders. Other federal agencies have also provided funding for projects that promote gender ideology.

Despite transgender children’s hospitals acknowledging that the therapy might lead to irreversible sterility, Biden’s Health and Human Services Department also provided $3 million for research on the use of puberty blockers and cross-sex hormone treatment.

However, although the federal government’s agencies have been actively pushing ideological projects under President Biden, previous administration officials and President Trump have discussed plans to dismantle the administrative state in the event that he wins the presidency in 2024.

Some are pushing for a policy known as Schedule F, which would let the president fire unelected bureaucrats who would impede his policy goals. This policy would eliminate civil service job protections for unelected officials like Holland of the IRS.
