Kamala Harris sure seems to be in a chipper mood this week. She just can’t stop smiling since it was announced that Joe Biden has COVID. Probably just a coincidence though, right?
The maker of this meme doesn’t seem to think so. Harris, Biden, and Nancy Pelosi are photoshopped into this famous Soviet-era pair of photographs. Josef Stalin’s secret police buddy Nikola Yezhov was “disappeared” and then removed from official photographs. (Stalin was an early meme innovator, but instead of funny, his memes were… actually horrifying.)
We like the little splash that the meme maker added in the background. The Democrats are so eager to get rid of Joe Biden by now that they can barely contain themselves.
Kamala is waiting in the wings. Even Hillary Clinton jumped into the action this week. She tweeted a picture of herself next to her husband’s campaign plane from 1992 with the message: “Time to move.” Many are taking this as a signal that Clinton absolutely plans to run in 2024, although she could be angling to become Kamala’s VP. We’ll see.
