The University of Wisconsin-Madison’s law school has implemented a diversity training program that’s causing a stir, particularly among those who support former President Donald Trump’s policies and views on race and education. This training, developed by Debra Leigh of the Community Antiracism Education Initiative, is mandatory for first-year law students and focuses on “common racist attitudes and behaviors,” exclusively targeting white individuals.
The training’s content, which uses the word “white” a whopping 107 times over five pages, lists 28 behaviors deemed racist. These include statements like “Character, not color, is what counts with me” and “America is the land of opportunity.” Also listed are actions such as supporting affirmative action, charity benefiting minorities, and claiming to have participated in civil rights marches. Each point is accompanied by a “reality check,” supposedly offering a corrective perspective.
This approach is emblematic of the growing trend in educational institutions to adopt critical race theory (CRT) and other left-leaning ideologies, often at the expense of open debate and diverse viewpoints. The fact that the training exclusively targets one racial group as the source of racism is deeply concerning to those who believe in fairness, meritocracy, and the idea that racism can emanate from any individual, regardless of their race.
The irony of the situation cannot be overstated, especially in light of Joe Biden’s presidency, which has been marked by divisive policies and rhetoric on race. The University of Wisconsin-Madison’s training seems to reinforce a narrative that aligns with the broader Democratic agenda, which often focuses on targeting white people, rather than unity and shared American values.
This type of educational indoctrination is a stark contrast to the values many Trump supporters hold dear, such as the belief in individual responsibility, the rejection of identity politics, and the promotion of a colorblind society where individuals are judged by their character and actions, not their skin color.

In 1963, speaking before a crowd of 200,000 mostly blacks in D.C , Martin Luther King delivered his “I Have a Dream Speech.” “I have a dream,” he stated, “that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by their character.”
Ironically, this law school, which professes to fight racism, is advocating the complete opposite. I wonder if the law school’s intent is to fight racism or to further divide this nation along racial lines.

Debra Leigh ( who is black) and the rest of these moronic dei hires show their absolute ignorance in their comprehension of what M.L.K. stated. They are the very antithesis of his statement which MLK said one should be judged by one’s character & not color! These people perpetuate racism and division.
