Bill Barr Explains the Democratic Party’s Latest Lawsuit

If you don’t understand the context of this meme, it’s because the media hasn’t done a good job of explaining Trump’s recent giant tax cut for the middle class that he declared by executive order. If the media explained this honestly, everyone’s minds would be blown.

Trump has exempted all American workers and businesses from the payroll tax cut from September through December, for those earning less than $100,000 a year. In other words, all of those millions of Americans now have the same exemption from the payroll tax that people making more than $137,000 a year (such as Members of Congress) have always enjoyed.

Americans who make less than $100K will get to keep more of their own money in their paychecks, rather than having the IRS suck it out before they get paid. And as Bill Barr/Forrest Gump notes in this meme, the Democrats are suing Trump for this!

Sometimes it feels like Donald Trump just hands Democrats a script and they follow it, unexpectedly falling into his trap. Every. Single. Time.
