Reporters Tried to Trap Mitch McConnell, Who Had This BRILLIANT Response

It’s not every day when Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is this energetic in slapping down dumb questions from reporters.

Of course, by “energetic” we mean that the Kentucky lawmaker spoke a volume louder than a whisper, and sported that signature half-smirk when he was done talking. C’mon now — that’s a lot from our beloved “Cocaine Mitch”…

Earlier this week, right before a Kentucky Democrat announced that she will be challenging the Majority Leader in the next election, a piece was published showing that McConnell is descended from slave owners. We’re talking great-great-great grandfathers here — people McConnell had no chance of knowing because the linear aspect of time and space is a real thing.

As it turns out, two of McConnell’s ancestors owned 14 slaves collectively. Of course, the media ignored the fact that Kamala Harris is also descended from slave owners, as is former President Barack Obama. None of them cared, because leftism. When reporters tried using this information to back the Majority Leader into a corner and support reparations for Civil War-era slavery, he had this to say.

We have to admit — we were pretty impressed by the senator’s unwillingness to back down to leftist virtue signaling.
