Remember When Cuomo was the Paramount of Moral Virtue (We Don’t Either)

Maybe soon-to-be former Governor Andrew Cuomo will frame this meme and hang it on a shelf next to his Emmy award. Or not. Cuomo seems to be the least self-aware politician on the national stage these days. He’s still insisting that he did nothing wrong to all of his victims.

In one of his excuses, Cuomo blames all of the unwanted touching, sexual harassment and sexually battery that he (allegedly) committed on the fact that he’s Italian. Because… Italians grab women by the buns or the melons when they corner them at work?

Anyway, every excuse that Cuomo comes up with seems to dig the hole deeper. Italians everywhere are mad at the creep today, so that was quite an accomplishment. The news media also continues to pile on, because they’ve received their marching orders.

The main thing to remember about the whole Andrew Cuomo saga is that he was a contender for the Democrat nomination in 2024. Somebody took him in order to clear the battle space for Kamala. And they couldn’t take him out over the nursing home deaths, because that would endanger Gretchen Whitmer’s chances in 2024 as well (she’ll be Kamala’s running mate, no doubt).
