If you drive into some of California’s biggest cities today, you will smell the problem before you even see the tent cities. If you drive into San Francisco (which we don’t recommend), the smell of the air will make you gag. Make sure you have a bottle of Scope in the car with you, because it literally feels like human waste is congealing on your teeth as you breath the air in what used to be one of America’s prettiest cities.
