Alec Baldwin Isn’t the Only Reason for All the Pro-Gun Memes Right Now

It didn’t receive any fanfare or even much news coverage this week, but the Democrat-controlled House Judiciary Committee just passed the most unconstitutional gun-grabbing bill in American history. It’s a bill that would shred the Second Amendment if passed into law – a federal “red flag” gun confiscation bill.

With a red flag law in place, any person who knows you or is even in proximity to you – like your mailman or a crazy ex-spouse – can tell the authorities that you are a danger to yourself or others. Then, the cops will immediately show up to confiscate all your guns. You get no due process and no warning that this is coming.

If you’re lucky, and willing to spend tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees and attorney fees, you might be able to get your guns back after you petition a court and convince them that you’re not a crazy person or a dangerous insurrectionist. And all of this can happen under red flag laws, even though you’ve never been accused of a crime.
