The only thing Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger proved beyond reasonable doubt during the Kyle Rittenhouse trial was that he, himself, was the most dangerous person in the room.
After the Alec Baldwin debacle, where he shot and killed his coworker with a “prop gun”….should he really be doing that?

Air Force medic ,and then an Army Reserve combat engineer aviator and range officer , I can’t believe that no one in the police department or sheriff’s service didn’t “coach” him about this STUPID action . No matter where it took place. But, especially during this trial. What an idiot!!!
He probably didn’t ask anyone how to safely handle a firearm. Someone needs to tell Mr. Binger to take a firearms safety class from the NRA. A lot of Gun clubs, Cabellas etc. offer them as well, just make sure they are Supported/ trained by the NRA.
I agree with Vietnam Vet. My guess is he has no co-workers to tell him exactly how bad he is doing I feel that he is the reason Kyle will be found not guilty this will end well for Kyle. What ever happened to the legal opinion that the use of lethal force is acceptable in certain circumstances? While attending classes on lethal force we were taught that there are at least three circumstances were lethal force is condoned by the law. 1. While being if fear of mortal danger to one’s self. 2. Being in fear of mortal danger to others. 3. Lethal force can be used on anyone engaged in the act of arson. Reasoning on the third is that when actively committing arson on a building there may be someone inside that would be harmed.
The left has literally disposed of the use of common sense to further the agender of total Marxist type control.
Arson is OK as long as it is against peaceful people who happen to work for their homes and businesses.
Kyle’s problem is that he should not have been there in the first place. Mob rule needs to be handled by law enforcement officers.
