Supreme Court Strikes Down A Tool For Anti-White Discrimination

This week, the Supreme Court abolished racial discrimination in college admissions after an Asian-American advocacy organization accused Harvard along with the University of North Carolina of having discriminatory admissions practices.

President and Fellows of Harvard College v. Students for Fair Admissions is a case that will go down in history as one of the court’s most significant decisions. It also represents a turning point in decades of legal battles over affirmative action.

The result was reached by a 6-3 vote of conservative and liberal judges, with Chief Justice John Roberts writing the majority opinion. Ketanji Brown Jackson, Elena Kagan, and Sonia Sotomayor all voiced their disagreement.

Kagan is a former dean of Harvard University’s law school, and Jackson was a member of Harvard’s Board of Overseers, therefore she recused herself from that part of the case.

  1. Sure there are white kids who should file lawsuit against these colleges. Even Asia kids should join them. This was the biggest racist program push by blacks in the NAACP. Hoping to receive something for nothing! It not other people problem if kids are not learning in primary school. That fall on the FAMILY! But yes, there lot of singles black mother raised their children. All due to fact they CHOOSE TO LET GOVERNMENTS CONTROL THEM!

  2. What happened to the united negro college fund? Wasn’t that a fund that benefited only black Americans? Would you call that a racist program?

  3. This SCOTUS decision should mark the beginning of the end for DEI, ESG, CRT, and hopefully a fatal death knell for any and all ‘woke’ policies
