A Rasmussen study found that 48% of potential US voters have a positive view of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), with 17% having a very positive view. 41% of people don’t like the CIA, and 22% of those don’t like it at all. 10% aren’t sure.
At the moment, 51% of people think that US intelligence organizations have their own political goals. 36% of people, on the other hand, think that the agencies usually act in an unbiased way. Another 13% are not sure.
There are 65% of people who think it’s likely that US intelligence agencies are affecting how the corporate media covers political issues. Of those, 38% think it’s very likely. In the poll, 28% of people said they didn’t think intelligence services were likely to be influencing news coverage.
Most people (77% of Republicans, 53% of Democrats, and 65% of independents) think it’s at least somewhat possible that American intelligence agencies are trying to change how the corporate media covers politics.
Independent voters (52%), Republican voters (66%), and Democratic voters (36%), all think that US intelligence organizations have their own political goals. Democratic voters (53%), Republican voters (24%), and independent voters (30%) all think the organizations act fairly most of the time.
Republicans regard the CIA favorably at 34%, Democrats at 67%, and independents at 44%.
An overwhelming majority of voters (47% of white voters), black voters (54%), and non-black group voters (53%), have a positive view of the CIA. Only 48% of white voters and 48% of black voters think that US intelligence services have their own political goal. But 62% of non-black minorities do.
Voters who call themselves conservative are more likely than voters who call themselves moderate or left to think that intelligence agencies are shaping how the corporate media covers political events.
The CIA is liked by 61% of people who work in the public sector, 55% of people who work in the private sector, and 46% of seniors.
When it comes to income, most people who make more than $100,000 a year have a positive view of the CIA. In the same way, people who make $200,000 a year are the least likely to think that intelligence organizations have their own political goals.
In addition to being against the Constitution, the CIA is a government body that is meant to cause trouble abroad and get the US engaged in conflicts that aren’t good for the country.
Clearly, this kind of organization should be gotten rid of. But the first thing that needs to be done to reach such a high goal is for people to start doubting the organization itself. From there, organized efforts can be made to destroy and get rid of this terrible organization.

I don’t even trust the results of this poll. Considering all the disastrous, unconstitutional, and illegal actions carried out by the FBI, the CIA, the NSA and every other government agency in the past several years, the poll numbers indicating the people’s disgust are not high enough. These government agencies, whose main responsibility is supposedly protecting the interest of the American people from all foreign and domestic enemies, have gone from doing that to doing the exact opposite. They now prey on the American people as if we were the enemy. Our present government, along with these criminal organizations, the MSM–the new American Pravda, look more like what you’d normally find in such countries as China, Russia, Venezuela, North Korea, etc. Our present government has become a malignant cancerous tumor that is destroying everything good about this country and if we don’t resist and refuse to comply with their draconian policies, this country will be lost as is every country that has attempted to control its citizens by instituting the Marxist/Leninist agendas of socialism, communism and facism.
