Larry Krasner, the DA of Philadelphia, wants courts to examine each case of looting carefully and not be too harsh on “fundamentally law-abiding” looters.
There are ties between Krasner and the billionaire George Soros. According to WHYY, Soros gave almost $1.7 million to Krasner’s campaign in 2017, which helped him get the DA job he currently has.
A lot of people saw looting in Philadelphia over the past few weeks. Now, Krasner is asking courts to remember that thieves are not all the same and that a number of them are “law-abiding,” as FOX News reported.
Krasner stated, “We’re going to be fair with the people we charge.” We won’t let any judge upset the peace of this city if they believe in a caste system where some people are treated better than others.
He also said, “We are going to carefully look to determine whether this is a one-time thing and they are basically law-abiding people. If it is, we’re going to hold them responsible in one way; if it is criminals and they are deliberately taking advantage of some kind of chaos for the benefit of themselves, they are going to be prosecuted in a different manner.”
Philadelphia Magazine said this week that Krasner might be “walking back” some of the more recent arrests of people who are thought to have looted.
According to the magazine, Krasner said, “A lot of them are young.” They are 18 to 25 years old. Most of them don’t have a crime record or only have a small one. There are definitely some individuals in this group that I worry about a lot more than the others. In every one of these cases, it is going to be part of our job to make sure that each person gets justice.
Guys like Krasner are at the forefront to destroy America.
Krasner and people like him who takes money from sick rich men like Soros– all need hanged upside down . There stupit and there brains are in there ass. I believe there are already laws governing first time offenders versus career criminals. Maybe these people in law enforcement should check the laws already in place and enforce them. And if they don’t want to enforce the laws, get them off the books. If the laws were written ambiguously or sloppily, fix them. I bet if someone actually read through the mountain of laws in this country, they would find there are some laws that conflict with each other. There is no justice in this country. If you are poor or have mental issues, or both, you will be forever hassled by the enforcers. If you have money or friends in powerful positions, or both, you will get a light sentence, or no sentence. We have watched this happening for a very long time. We need new leaders, and not from the same inbred pool.
