Green Day Singer Renounces American Citizenship and We’re Okay with That

Green Day’s lead singer Billie Joe Armstrong announced that he will be renouncing his American citizenship after the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade. This wasn’t very surprising. Armstrong has sounded like a member of America-hating Dixie Chicks for years anyway.

What was surprising is the amount of mockery that Armstrong has received online since making that claim. Oh, no! Anything but that! Please don’t leave, guy who hasn’t had a hit song since the 1990s! What will we do without you?

One of the most entertaining things to watch since the Roe v. Wade decision is the way that all these Hollywood celebrity types have been going into total meltdown mode. They’re freaking out over the idea that women in some states might now bear and raise their own children, rather than killing them in the womb.

So, now we’ve got guys like Armstrong telling us he’s going to renounce his citizenship and guys like that other dude who calls himself “Pink” telling us we should never listen to his music again. They don’t realize that their terms are acceptable to us.

  1. I thought Pink was a female. In fact, I think she is a mother. Is there a male Pink also?
I’ll grant you Pink looks pretty awful.

  2. I don’t listen to any of stuff called music or anything else from him and don’t care to so the best thing for him to do if he don’t like it here is leave. Renounce his citizenship? Great and and good bye to all the Hollywood crowd who are liberal baby killers.

  3. Can I help him pack? I may even be willing to start a “Liberals Leave America” Go Fund Me campaign. These people just don’t matter to me. They think they’re better than us peasants bc they have money and a platform. Of course, all they do is make themselves look like the morons they truly are.

  4. “Well,,,Bye!” (Curly Bill Brocious from Tombstone”
Don’t let the doorknob hit you in the ass!!

  5. Take their passport give them a one way ticket to their county of choice and never let step a shore in the USA again or put them on a ship never to touch land again. They did this once before in history can’t remember who it was though

  6. Good. Turn in all our money and shut the door when you leave. No one asked you to stay here. No one asked you to live free. No one cares if you leave. Don’t come back.
