The new Election Integrity Division will provide “support, advice, and resources to make sure that Virginia election laws continue to be enforced in a uniform manner” and “improve trust” in state elections, according to Virginia Attorney General (AG) Jason Miyares, who made the declaration on Friday.
A press release from Miyares’ office stated that the unit’s establishment aims to “give legal assistance to the Dept of Elections, prosecute and investigate offenses of Virginia election law, cooperate with the election community year-round to guarantee uniformity and legality in implementation of election rules, and work with police departments to assure legality and purification in elections.”
The unit, which consists of more than 20 “investigators and attorneys from across the different parts in the Office of the AG,” intends to cooperate with “the State Board,” “the Dept of Elections,” and “local officials” during the 2022 upcoming elections, as well as “beyond.”
“I promised to fight to improve transparency and boost confidence in our state elections during the 2021 campaign. Voting should be simple and difficult to rig,” according to Miyares. “The Election Integrity Unit will attempt to help rebuild faith in the Commonwealth’s political system.”
The Code of Virginia gives Miyares broad authority over elections, stating that the A.G. “shall use the authority granted… to carry out an investigation, prosecute a infringement and assure people follow election laws and shall exercise the authority granted to do whatever is appropriate or necessary to uphold the election policies or prosecute violations thereof.”
Two days after a previous Virginia voter registrar was charged by Miyares’ office with “corruption and making false statements pertaining to the 2020 election,” the new task force was announced.
A story from Just the News states that “Michele White, ex-Prince William County voting registrar has now been hit with two felony charges claiming corrupt behavior as an election officer and providing a false statement, as well as one misdemeanor allegation of intentional disregard of duty by an elected official.”
Although Miyares did not go into detail about the particular acts White performed, the Virginia Republican’s declaration stated that the illegal activity took place between Aug. and Dec. of 2020.
However, according to a statement from Miyares’ office given to Just the News, the “discrepancies” that Prince William Country’s current head of elections registrar, Eric Olsen, reported to “the State Board and Commissioner of Elections previously this year” are what ultimately sparked the inquiry.

Sadly, no matter how many Republicans vote this year, I believe the Democrat party will prevail in November and in 2024. This was proved in 2020 when 80 million votes for Trump (the highest recorded votes for any president) were “trumped” by the Democrat aparachik. Biden, himself, boasted on national television during his campaign how he had the best voter fraud system going! (One occasion he actually told the truth!) Their cheating apparatus is so strong, so widespread, and so well supported by a biased media’s conspiracy to destroy conservatism in America, and by financial support from avowed socialist billionaires like George Soros, and clandestine support from the Chinese Communist Party, that it cannot be overcome by a few states’ enacting election integrity laws.
This is the culmination of decades of socialist and communist infiltration of America’s traditional institutions of our democratic Republic–education, law, media, politics and even churches. America cannot be taken over from without, but it can be destroyed from within. And this has been the plan since the Soviet Union’s and the Chicom leaders realized it back in the sixties when President Kennedy faced them down. A systematic underground attack by socialist interests on our institutions has resulted in their corruption at all levels. Remember when the FBI was celebrated as our best home defense against communism, and the epitome of integrity and dedication? Remember the widely touted “I was a communist for the FBI” TV series back in the fifties? But since 2016 it became a partisan force doing its worst to oust a sitting president. In 2020 it interfered with a national election by hiding relevant information from American voters. Now the FBI is using communist government tactics itself against American citizens who speak or vote against socialism! Not just the FBI and the Department of Justice, but all agencies of the Biden government are fully engaged in dismantling the country, profligate overspending, defying established law, making us energy dependent, encouraging the invasion and dispersal throughout our country by more than two million unvetted, unvaccinated illegal migrants in less than two years in the expectation that they will become Democrat voters henceforth.
I believe that things have deteriorated so badly, that when the Democrat Party installs itself as the only viable political party in America through election cheating in November and again in 2024, and undertakes even stronger undermining of individual rights, a catastrophic, violent and bloody civil war will result, because it will be deemed by many to be the only way to preserve God-given rights and individual freedoms in this land.
