After being allowed to enter the country at the southern border by President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS), an illegal immigrant is accused of raping a young girl in Prattville, Alabama.
Late last week, Grevi Geovani Rivera Zavala, a 29-year-old Honduran illegal immigrant, was detained and accused with raping a minor girl in the first degree.
The girl was reportedly raped by Zavala in a restaurant’s women’s bathroom, according to WFSA 12 News. Police said that the illegal immigrant attacked the young woman entirely at random, forcing her into a restroom stall, holding her down, and raping her.
CJ Robinson, the district attorney for Autauga County, informed local media about the event, “This rape never should’ve happened,” emphasizing that Zavala was an illegal immigrant who initially crossed the border in November 2021 using a false identity.
Despite having a criminal history in Honduras, Zavala was detained, processed, and swiftly released into the interior of the United States by Biden’s DHS. He eventually landed in the city of Prattville, Alabama, where he worked illegally in the region’s construction business.
Regarding holding Zavala in local police custody, Robinson said, “We are uninterested in negotiating over him with the feds. When the Dept. of Corrections has finished with him, they may take control of his corpse. We won’t bargain for a lower charge so the government can deport him.”
Zavala is still being held without bond in the Autauga County Jail.
Through its extensive Catch and Release system, the administration of Joe Biden has embraced millions of border crossers as well as illegal immigrants into the United States.
Since late January 2021, according to Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI), Biden has embraced almost five million immigrants crossing the border as well as illegal aliens into the interior of the United States, a foreign population greater than that of 28 states. This number includes individuals who effectively crossed the border as well as those who were released right into American communities such as Zavala.
