Biden has issued 99 executive orders since coming into office, according to Fox News. His first year, when he issued more executive orders than any president since the 1970s, was the main period of his frenetic pace. Memos reveal that while the national debt is getting close to $31 trillion, at least one outside left-wing organization that received funding from liberal billionaire George Soros impacted some of Biden’s instructions and regulatory directives.
To put it simply, Biden’s propensity for squandering your money takes the adage that “Dems spend like drunken sailors” to an entirely new level of recklessness by making sure every dollar is spent with an eye on the vote box.
In an interview with Fox News Digital, Matthew Dickerson of the Heritage Foundation stated:
“The cost of President Biden’s executive measures to date has exceeded $1 trillion for taxpayers. That includes the latest executive action on student loans, which could cost up to $1 trillion. The Congressional Budget Office, an impartial organization, however, published a report earlier this year that demonstrated that fewer than ten of Biden’s earlier executive moves had already cost taxpayers more than $500 billion. Therefore, the cost to taxpayers of only executive actions, as opposed to legislation that goes through Congress, is signed into law, and is subject to discussion, may be up to $1.5 trillion. The cost to taxpayers of Biden’s pure executive measures is close to $1.5 trillion.”
“Given all of the increased expenditure that the executive branch is undertaking and that Biden is authorizing on his own, it would be enormous. This increases the amount of money the Federal Reserve is pumping into the economy, which means the printing presses are in operation and increasing inflationary pressures. Because Biden’s executive moves are deliberately intended to decrease the supply of labor, products, and services, inflation will be greatly harmed by them.”
According to Dickerson, a number of Biden’s executive orders have increased “the welfare state” and compensated “people to remain out of the workforce,” which is only worsening the 3.3 million worker shortage that the economy is currently experiencing.
Finally, according to research by the American Action Forum (AAF), as of January 21 this year, Biden had issued more executive orders and regulations than Donald Trump and Barack Obama in their first year, totaling more than $200 billion.
However, the inebriated sailor continues to act as though he has no idea what harm and hardships he is purposefully causing to tens of millions of working Americans or that he is completely callous.
But hey, elections need to be won. Right, Joe?
