On Sirius XM’s Breitbart News this week syndicated Boston radio broadcaster Howie Carr said that he doesn’t believe former President Trump can be beaten for the Republican nomination for president “at this point in time.”
In light of last week’s events, which included Trump’s fourth arrest in the past five months and a first-ever mugshot this week, Breitbart News Washington Bureau Chief Matthew Boyle questioned Carr about the primary field, particularly in New England. This week, a few days before the first GOP debate, his talk with Tucker Carlson went viral.
Boyle was informed by Carr, host of the Howie Carr Show on WRKO, that “I don’t believe there’s any way that Trump could possibly be stopped at this point. In my opinion, it will simply be divided up, especially given the number of individuals in the field.”
He says that businessman Vivek Ramaswamy is “doing reasonably well” in the primary and that Florida Governor Ron DeSantis possesses “somewhat of a path,” but he does not “see any way in stopping Trump unless something unanticipated happens at this point.”
Then he asked Boyle what he thought. Boyle said that he thinks Trump is “on a glide path toward the nomination” and compared the present situation to what it was like in 2016. In particular, he said that people he has talked to have told him that immigration is their biggest worry. Immigration was, of course, a big part of the 2016 election, and it helped put Trump in the White House.
Carr talked about how important the problem is, especially since it’s getting worse in places like Massachusetts that are “far from the border.” However, he stressed that it’s “back under the radar and not being talked about much in the mainstream media.”
Joe Biden’s approval ratings may have tanked, but does that translate into votes for an opponent? We’ll see if the Biden administration’s coordinated effort against Donald Trump produces the results they want……

You are exactly right; President Trump somehow broke the mold that seems to work in such a way that most new Presidents worry about getting set up and returning favors to people that helped get them elected! Not so, President Trump ran an election like no other, mister Trump was in a hurry to help the folks that were, through no fault of their own having trouble making ends meet. He went out of his way to help the people that helped him get in the oval office. but the only problem was the fact that Mr. Trump was not playing by their rules, once the government geeks figured they were not going to have money to burn they turned on Trump and they came up with all kinds of things that got him removed from office. He was doing as he was supposed to do, help the people of America and our Allies. I sincerely hope that Mr. Trump gets to serve the full Term without the Dim o crats nit picking everything he does!

I’ve seen nothing go on with President Trump that hasn’t happened with other politicians. They couldn’t make enough of his side deal with a girlfriend and buying her off so more and more was either magnified or were created to make him look bad. I still remember liking his post on Facebook a couple of days before telling people to keep their protest peaceful but because of hate groups and extremists inciting a riot it was far from peaceful and he was blamed. Stopping global warming and pollution wasn’t something that could be done in four years but Biden even before being brought into the White House stated how he was going to stop oil and gas being brought into our refineries in pipelines from Canada and fracking releasing natural gas out of the shale which is where much of our heating fuel comes from. But people still voted for him. We had our oil reserves full and were exporting oil by the end of President Trump’s untimely end and now our oil reserves are almost empty and even though fuel prices were artificially brought down using those reserves any change in availability from outside the US could cause $4 and much higher fuel prices soon. We don’t need that type of President in the White House again. What ever happened with Desantis and the poor management he was doing in Florida with Floridians protesting? I think the Democrats actually silenced that in the news just for the fact to stop Trump. It didn’t work!
