In Special Counsel Jack Smith’s election case, which charges 45th President Donald Trump with criminal election meddling, the Supreme Court has consented to hear arguments over Trump’s ability to assert presidential immunity.
“Whether and if so, to what degree does a former president have presidential immunity from criminal prosecution for behavior claimed to entail official activities during his stay in office?” the top court said on Wednesday, announcing that it will hear the case.
Although the court decided to move the case along quickly, it won’t start until the week of April 22.
Trials are not possible until then since the matter is pending.
This schedule postpones Smith’s trial against Trump, scheduled for January 6. The earliest that a trial might start would be in May, as opposed to March 4th.
If the Supreme Court doesn’t DIMISS these “Frivolous, one sided, out to “GET” Trump court cases, then even the Supreme Court has been “Compromised” & truly the “America we once knew so well” will be DONE, FINISHED!!” The “bad actors” that is undoubtedly the “Liberal Left” will have won & as our “Real” president said, they will have got to him & now coming for us! It can’t happen!

If this is the case where he questioned/contested the election, he has every right, as do all candidates in election positions. Persons that bring frivolous charges should be required to pay the other party’s expenses in full.
