When he finished his remarks, Captain Dementia turned to the side and extended his hand as if he were going to give someone a handshake. But…

The “file corrupted” message is obviously Photoshopped into the meme, but the rest of this is real. Joe Biden stuck out his hand and literally shook the thin air. Newspapers across Europe ran the story with this image, along with mocking commentary about what a joke the USA is right now because we basically have the mental equivalent of a bowl of oatmeal pretending to run the country.
Where are Joe Biden’s handlers these days? They’re not even trying to mask the fact that the weird old kid sniffer has completely lost his marbles. Have Biden’s handlers just given up? Maybe they just don’t care that their “boss” is the laughingstock of the entire world. Weird stuff like this has happened during every Biden appearance for the past month!
I would suggest that everyone who is not a lefty,do the same hands with thin air. Perhaps this overall mocking will send a clear message to all Dems. We don’t want this person representing US.

We realize he should be out by now if not January 20, 2020. It seems to me Nancy has the same problem. She has the position and authority to make it happen. Pride has something to do with all that’s going on. The ones in authority would have to admit they are wrong.
Was he hallucinating? Did he actually think he saw someone? Sometimes people with Parkinsons Disease hallucinate. Perhaps whatever condition Joe has causes him to also hallucinate. My larger concern is how his family allows him to stay in office. Should Jill Biden be charged with elder abuse for letting him run in the first place, and then let him stumble around like this in office, allegedly the most powerful person in the free world? Is her unbridled ambition to be First Lady what is behind all this?
I absolutely believe that it was Jill Biden running for president. Joe Biden would never of done it without her pushing. That’s ultimately Jill Biden is Responsible for the destruction of our country. I don’t have enough words to tell you how much disgust I have for her!
