The “Jim Crow 2.0” crowd has lost yet another case. There were claims that Georgia’s Election Integrity Act stops black people from voting, but a federal judge ruled that it does not.
As of now, this represents the second time a court has decided against people who were fighting the law that made elections safer after the presidential election in 2020. Democrats as well as their circle of media friends and partners slammed this law along with others that were enacted in red states to stop voting fraud, saying that they were racist, which was not true.
“A federal judge ruled in favor of Georgia’s Election Integrity Act, which was the second time within a year that a court affirmed the legislation in the face of Democrats claims that the state’s voter ID rule is racist.”
“U.S. District Court Judge J.P. Boulee, a Trump pick for the Northern District of the state of Georgia, this past week, rejected an attempt by the United States Justice Dept. to prevent parts of the state’s Election Integrity Act, of which Georgia enacted in 2021, from being effectively enforced.”
“The Justice Dept. was asking the court to prevent various portions of what is known as the Election Integrity Act from being enforced, which included rules on absentee ballot drop-off locations, an ID rule for absentee ballot applications as well as a ban on line warming, during which voters are given food and water while they wait to submit their ballots.”
The ACLU, the SPLC, as well as the Justice Department all brought the case. Judge Boulee decided that the plaintiffs did not provide enough solid evidence to show that Georgia’s voting law made it harder for black residents to vote than other residents. They were trying to stop parts of the law from being enforced, such as rules about drop boxes for absentee ballots and the need for voter ID.
Georgia Republican Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said, “Today, the Court has confirmed what we have been saying all along.” He emphasized that “SB 202 enhances election integrity in addition to increasing the opportunities for Georgia voters to exercise their right to cast a ballot.”
The people making the claim said that Georgia’s rule was a return to policies out of the Jim Crow era that were meant to keep black people from voting. President Biden and many other well-known leaders repeated this talking point, even though there was no proof to support it.
In 2022, the United States District Judge Steve Jones also said the rule was legal.
However, a survey by the University of Georgia revealed that most black voters had a “great experience” casting their ballots in the 2022 midterm elections, defying the allegations of Jim Crow 2.0. In fact, it found that 73% of black voters thought the process was easy to understand. Also, 94 percent were sure that their votes had been counted, which is more compared to the 88 percent of the white voters who stated the same thing.
People who are still trying to keep the Jim Crow 2.0 story alive said they will go against the law again. The decisions, on the other hand, show that their attempts will continue to fail horribly. But at least those organizations can keep saying they’re helping black Americans, right?
Elections are one of the most important things that happen in this country and ever effort should be taken to assure it is honest. Right now, it doesn’t look like it is. If there is any doubt that the election was not honest, it should be corrected and done over.
Democrats know they can’t win elections without voter fraud. The voter law by the state of Georgia decreases the chance for fraud. Blacks are wizening up on the fact that dems have been lying to them since LBJ was in office.
No election fraud, no democrats elected. A no-brainer.
Most of the laws concerning black voters are promulgated by white politicians who are democrats. They all assume blacks are inferior and incapable of making the same choices as whites-an imbecilic thought in the year 2023. It is about time that these democrats respected the intelligence and patriotism of blacks and were treated the same as white people.

The Democrats (not all) have always been against the black people voting. This is an ongoing move to make it harder for black people to vote, going back to the days of the Confederacy. Because, the African Americans have witnessed for themselves, what the Demos have promised but totally failed to deliver, time and time again. The African Americans are starting to change their voting record and the Demos can see it and are becoming more concerned with what is happening. So, one way to reduce this change, is to make it harder for African Americans to vote and fight any new laws or actions that help African American vote. Plain and simple “Politics”
