According to a Fox News story, a political advertisement from the Texas Democrat rival of Republican Rep. Mayra Flores changed a picture of her to make her appear more menacing.
Early in 2022, Flores posted the original image of herself carrying a weapon while grinning widely on her Instagram page. The identical image, however, had her eyebrows tweaked for the campaign advertisement.
“First,” Flores said, “Vicente Gonzalez hired a racist blogger to target me for my ethnicity. Vicente is currently performing the dirty deed himself with this reprehensible and pitiful photoshopping.”
Flores was making reference to Gonzales’s donation of campaign dollars to blogger Jerry McHale for “advertising services.” Following the payment, the site brutally and frequently assaulted Flores, referring to her more than 20 times as “Miss Frijoles.”
Gonzales, who represents Texas’ 15th Congressional District at the moment, is attempting to unseat Flores in the state’s 34th Congressional District.
The purportedly doctored photo was used in a campaign ad that attacked Flores for opposing the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act because it would have implemented red flag rules.
The Reduce Gun Violence Act was introduced by Flores in late September.
At the time, she declared that “all parents in America had their children’s safety and wellbeing as a top priority. I’ve given this a lot of thought because I’m a mother of four kids. The least we can do is safeguard our kids’ schools and provide them enough money if we can afford to transfer billions of dollars elsewhere.”
She suggested using unused funds that had already been allotted for the IRS to pay for her legislation.
Flores stated, “I want to see these dollars used to safeguard our schools, hire additional school resource officers, and help train teachers and students on school safety best practices. Instead of recruiting thousands of IRS tax enforcement agents to target hard-working American families.”
The Byrne-Jag and COPS programs of the DFOJ were given $2 billion each over the course of five years in order to “harden the physical security of our nation’s schools.” A task force for school safety had to be established, with the US Attorney General as its leader.
Don’t put nothing past democrats. Democrats are just showing how desperate they have become. After seeing Pelosi video of J6 I am inclined to believe everything the democrats do from here on out is to do what ever it takes to keep control of everyone. Pelosi needs charged with child abuse for allowing her grandson to be in harms danger and she knew it. I see why people are changing from voting democrat to republican.
