According to recent data, the majority of illegal aliens participating in President Biden’s fast-track asylum program don’t ever show up for their planned court hearings after being allowed into the United States.
The data, gathered by Syracuse College’s Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC), exposes the extent to which Biden’s comprehensive Catch and Release network is releasing illegal aliens into the United States’ interior under the pretense of seeking asylum but with no intent of actually requesting asylum because they do not even have legitimate claims.
In May 2021, Biden launched the “Dedicated Dockets” program, which pledges to expedite undocumented migrants through federal immigration courts in 300 days. More than 110,000 undocumented migrants have participated in the program, but only roughly 40,000 cases have been resolved.
Less than 8% of those closed cases were awarded asylum, and more than 67% never showed up for their appointed court hearing. According to the data, while thousands of illegal aliens are unleashed into the United States’ interior every day, 93 percent don’t really seek asylum.
Despite the fact that they show up for their planned court date, the vast majority are denied asylum after already being released into the United States interior. A staggering 72% of illegal aliens that went through complete judicial proceedings had invalid asylum applications.
Prior data shows that deportations of illegal aliens denied asylum or who fail to appear at their hearings are still uncommon.
The Center for Immigration Studies reported in August that less than 2% of illegal aliens ordered deported by a judge after filing flawed asylum claims were actually removed from the United States’ interior.
According to former Acting ICE Director Thomas Homan, the Biden administration deports only one illegal alien for every 100 illegal migrants who successfully cross the US-Mexico border.

The Constitution of the United States is actually the legal governing authority of the United States. Every politician that is elected, civil servants, military member swears an oath to preserve and defend the Constitution of the United States as it is currently written. While there are methods to amend the Constitution, legislators cannot ignore the Constitution as it is currently written. When legislators, civil servants and military members ignore the Constitution, it is an insurrection.
From what I have read of the Twitter files, the FBI (civil servants), members of the Biden administration, Democrats, the Department of Justice and some Republicans have been engaging in an insurrection since at least 2016. Any member of the government that was involved in censorship based on the emails in the Twitter files should be tired for insurrection, removed from office and not be permitted to run for office again.
