Is anyone else starting to feel a bit unsettled about all the empty store shelves popping up in America? What country did we wake up in this week, anyway? Bidenzuela?
The most infuriating thing about the empty store shelves across the country is that the Biden White House refuses to acknowledge that it’s even happening. If they won’t admit that there’s a problem, then you know there’s no plan to fix it!
People are reporting shortages of chicken, pork, beef, frozen vegetables, cleaning supplies and other random items. (Full disclosure: They were out of grapes and potatoes at our local supermarket this week.)
The comparisons to Venezuela are funny on the one hand, but they should also terrify us. Our supply chains are a bit more fragile than anyone expects them to be. Folks in Venezuela ended up raiding the zoos with sharp sticks when that country fell apart a couple of years ago. Zebra for supper!
With three more years for the Biden-Harris regime to mess things up, does anyone think a Venezuela-style meltdown could never happen here?
