A Reminder for the Democrats of What Real Infrastructure is Like

Do you think the irony of what just happened in New York when Hurricane Ida drenched and flooded them has sunk in at all? Probably not, huh? Democrats are blaming the floods on “global warming.”

They could have spent a few bucks after the hurricane several years ago to upgrade their storm drains, pumps and flood mitigation infrastructure. But nah. Instead, they spent years whining about Donald Trump and spending money to remove statues of important historical figures because they were the wrong skin color.

Great job, guys!

We know they haven’t learned because the “infrastructure” bill that they’re trying (and failing) to push through Congress doesn’t actually have any real infrastructure projects in it. Instead of fixing bridges and potholes and preventing future floods, they’re walking around telling us dumb things like “Reparations are infrastructure!” and “Abortion is infrastructure!”

Attention Democrats: That flood thingy in New York was a real infrastructure issue!

Sheesh! It’s like that with everything with Democrats. They’ve been pretending that Joe Biden belongs in the White House all these months. That’s fine until a real issue (like Afghanistan) comes along, but playing make-believe can only get you so far.
