The Democratic Party wants America to fail. If it does, it has a better case to make that Donald Trump was a mistake, and that the only way the people can withstand the economic storm is to accept the laundry list of freebies its candidates are campaigning on.
They’ve been pretty transparent about this too. Early on, when it became clear that the Trump era was going to be a time of unprecedented economic growth, HBO host Bill Maher famously proclaimed “bring on the recession” because he knew that would be the only way the American people could be convinced to give the Democrats another try.
This isn’t the only suicidal thing Democrats are wishing for. They want the very concept of American sovereignty to be eradicated. This is why they don’t care too much about border security — to even have borders is to differentiate the United States from the rest of the world, and that’s racist.
Americans have a very clear choice to make in 2020. They will either vote for their own country’s best interests, or against them.
